Exterior Cleaning Services in Goole

A satisfactory job on an elderly roof. I did not expect the tiles to look new and was pleased that nobody suggested they would.

The heavy growth has been removed and the remaining appearance is much improved. Arrangements were clear, payment matched the quotation and the property was left clean.

You don't realise how grubby something has become when you walk past it every day. Saw the front after the treatment had had time to work and actually stopped at the gate.

Looks so much better!

Thank you for leaving the entrance so clean afterwards. I was expecting a muddy doorstep.

The small patch of uneven paving was discussed before work began. They made clear that washing and fresh sand wouldn't level it, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.

Cleaning has made a considerable improvement to the rest of the drive. I shall arrange the uneven section separately. The advice was sensible and the job was completed without leaving a mess around the garage, which I appreciated.

Before booking, I asked whether cleaning would remove the dark mark where our old car used to stand. Ashley said it might improve without disappearing completely.

That proved a fair assessment. There's still a trace, but it no longer draws your eye in the same way. The surrounding paving has cleaned up nicely too, and I'm content with the result.

What I wanted was a proper explanation of how they'd reach the section over the extension. Elephant provided that before I accepted the quote.

Work completed without any access problems, and the awkward section looks as good as the rest.

The work was carried out while I was at home, so I had a reasonable view of proceedings. What struck me was the time spent finishing at ground level once the roof itself had been attended to.

Window frames, gutter exteriors and the affected paving were all cleaned. These were included in the quotation, but it was good to see them given proper attention. I consider the service fair value and would be happy to engage the company again.

A courteous team who took care with our painted render. I am pleased with the appearance and appreciated being given time to consider the quotation without follow-up calls pressing for a decision.

We had to rearrange because of the weather, which was a nuisance as I'd organised my week around it, but I was told rather than left waiting for someone who wasn't coming. The revised booking went smoothly.

Very pleased with how the roof looks and the windows were cleaner afterwards than before they started. I mention the change of date because these things happen, and they handled it sensibly. I'd be comfortable booking Elephant Exterior again.

A very satisfactory service. Our drive is old concrete and was never going to resemble newly laid paving, but the accumulated dirt had made it look worse than it was.

The cleaning has improved it considerably. The men were courteous and left the area around the front entrance in good order.

Ash explained why another pass with stronger pressure wasn't the answer to the marks I was worried about. We agreed the treatment before starting.

There's a noticeable improvement, though a few spots remain. I thought the expectations were handled well and the price was fair.

Nothing much to criticise. They arrived as arranged, had a look round with me and got started.

I left them working while I went out. On my return the washing was done and I could see a proper difference. Sanding followed once conditions allowed. All paid and finished now, and I'd use the same firm again.
