They worked through the roof clean and treatment, then spent time washing down below. Didn't disappear as soon as the main bit was done. Everything looked respectable when they left.

tbh I was more bothered about the constant bits of moss on the patio than how the roof looked. Both are better now.

Haven't had to sweep up another green heap since they came, which is what I wanted.

What I wanted was a proper explanation of how they'd reach the section over the extension. Elephant provided that before I accepted the quote.

Work completed without any access problems, and the awkward section looks as good as the rest.

Access was the awkward bit here. There's an extension in the way and very little room down one side.

They checked it before booking us in, which meant I knew what needed clearing. Once that was done, the work went ahead without a hitch. No wasted visit or last-minute problem to sort out. That suited me.

Such a relief to have this finished. We'd kept postponing it while other house jobs took priority, then it became one of those things neither of us wanted to organise.

Turned out to be easy enough once I rang. The roof looks cleaner and the fascias have come up beautifully. Should have got round to it sooner!

Bit of a wait while the weather settled, but they kept in touch so I wasn't left wondering. Worth waiting for a suitable day.

Roof's looking good.

From the upstairs room you get a close look at the extension roof, and ours had been irritating me for ages. They checked its covering separately when planning the work.

It looks much better now. I also asked about future cleaning and was glad the advice was to monitor it rather than automatically book another full clean next year.

The roof is clean. The gutters are empty.

They took away the mess. That's what I booked and that's what I got, at a price I was comfortable with. Didn't feel the need to stand watching them either. A capable team.

We'd recently had the gutters emptied but they were collecting moss again, which was annoying. Decided to deal with what was coming off the roof as well.

Ashley explained what the clean included and we booked from there. Nice bloke, easy to talk to. There's a lot less green up there now and I'm glad the gutter clearing was included rather than having to arrange that yet again.

Hadn't realised how much the moss was spoiling the front until it was gone!

The bill was what I expected and the work was satisfactory.

Wasn't home for most of it, my partner dealt with them on the day. She said they were easy to have around and checked with her before moving anything near the access point.

I saw the result that evening. Big improvement, particularly on the rear slope where we'd let the moss build up. Can't comment on the technical side but the house was left clean and we paid what we'd agreed.

We had the roof cleaned before putting the house up for sale. It wasn't in a terrible state, but the moss made the outside look rather neglected in the photographs.

Elephant did a lovely job and washed the windows and frames afterwards too. I wouldn't claim it's added anything to the value, but I'm much happier with how the house presents itself now. One less thing to fuss over before viewings.
