Exterior Cleaning Services in Doncaster

We had to rearrange because of the weather, which was a nuisance as I'd organised my week around it, but I was told rather than left waiting for someone who wasn't coming. The revised booking went smoothly.

Very pleased with how the roof looks and the windows were cleaner afterwards than before they started. I mention the change of date because these things happen, and they handled it sensibly. I'd be comfortable booking Elephant Exterior again.

Decent job for a fair price. No complaints from me.

Thank you for fitting the arrangements around when my daughter could be here. She helped me with the booking, but the men were quite happy to explain things to me on the day as well.

I felt comfortable having them working at the house. They took a great deal of moss away and left everything looking neat. I am very pleased.

I thought the greyish look was just how our render had aged. Turns out quite a lot of it could be cleaned away.

So pleased with the colour now! We haven't had anything repainted and that was a relief, as I really didn't fancy choosing another shade.

We have older pebbledash and wanted it freshened up rather than painted. The cleaning has done that nicely.

I found the men courteous and appreciated the care taken around the entrance. It is a pleasure to see the house looking well kept again.

The quote was for cleaning and re-sanding. Both done, bill correct.

I had a look along the edges and round the drain afterwards because those are the bits I've seen missed on other jobs. Nothing to raise here. It all looked consistently clean, and the entrance wasn't left covered in dirty water and debris.

My sister organised the enquiry for me, then I dealt with the booking. Nobody got muddled about who to contact and I knew what was happening.

The team were pleasant on the day. I've waited a little while to write this because the treatment was still working, and the wall has continued to improve. Very happy with it now.

Elephant cleaned ours after months of building work had left the garden looking neglected. The paving was one of the few things we were keeping.

Glad we did, because it's come up well and looks right with the rest of the garden now.

Thank you for your patience with my questions about the pebbledash. It's an older house and I'm cautious about having things done to it.

The team inspected the finish before discussing the clean. It looks considerably less tired now, without losing the character I like. I was also grateful that the path was left clean when they finished.

Having checked several quotations, I went with Elephant Exterior because the scope was explicit. In particular, treatment and the cleaning below the roof were included, rather than left unclear.

Everything on the quote was carried out. I also appreciated being told beforehand that some lichen marks could remain visible for a while. It meant I could assess the finished job against what had actually been agreed. No issues with the work or the way it was handled.

The men were lovely with me. I find having work done a bit unsettling these days and tend to ask the same question more than once, but they never made me feel a nuisance.

They let me know when they were finished so I could come out and look. Very grateful, and the house looks lovely.

Had a few quotes and these were clear about what was being cleaned. That won them the job as much as the price.

We wanted the main paved area and the narrow bit round the side, which is easy to overlook. Both were done. I checked afterwards and there was no dirty heap left round the corner for someone else to shift. Happy with the work and would get them back.
