Exterior Cleaning Services in Cottingham

Fair price. Happy with the work.

My sister had hers cleaned and passed on the number. Ours has come up just as nicely.

I don't know anything about cleaning stone, but they explained what they proposed to do and answered my questions. I felt happy leaving them to it.

We liked the existing colour and weren't keen to cover it with paint just because it had become stained. Ash thought cleaning could make a worthwhile difference after checking the finish.

He was right. There are still a few variations in the surface, but they don't bother me. The house looks cared for again and we've kept the colour we chose. I appreciated being given a realistic option before committing to decorating.

I'd been saving for this, so I read the quote about six times before agreeing. No unexpected additions when it came to paying.

The house looks fresher and I'm happy with what we got for the money.

A friend recommended them after having her own roof done. Hers looked wonderful, so I probably had slightly high expectations!

Ours has some older staining which is still visible, but the moss is gone and the tiles look far better. They explained the difference before starting. I found them pleasant and appreciated the care taken with the clearing up, particularly around the patio doors.

Rain held up the sanding, which was inconvenient, but they kept in touch about returning. No need for me to chase.

Once finished, the joints looked neat and the driveway was ready to use again. I'd rather allow for that wait next time than try to squeeze the job in around a busy week.

I'd bought new pots for either side of the front door and then realised how grubby the paving underneath them looked. The clean has made more difference than the pots, frankly.

You can see the border properly again and the area where we park is much brighter. Nice people to have working here too. They checked what needed moving beforehand, so there was no rushing about when they arrived.

Used Elephant before and booked them again. Arrangements were clear, nobody needed chasing.

The patio was pretty grubby after we'd neglected it over winter, particularly under the table. It's all been cleaned now, including that section. Not much else to say really. We were happy last time and we're happy with this visit too.

I liked being given one clear figure for the clean and re-sanding. A couple of other enquiries had left me less sure what the final bill would be.

Elephant did everything listed, including clearing away the muck afterwards. I didn't add any treatments. For what I wanted, the standard work was enough, and I felt comfortable with the price.

Thank you for fitting the arrangements around when my daughter could be here. She helped me with the booking, but the men were quite happy to explain things to me on the day as well.

I felt comfortable having them working at the house. They took a great deal of moss away and left everything looking neat. I am very pleased.

I needed a quote I could get approved without three rounds of questions. Elephant identified the areas, explained the treatment and separated the additional work we'd asked about.

Approval was straightforward after that. The team completed the agreed paving and concrete areas, including the narrow section beside the building. I inspected before signing the job off and had no issues to raise. The invoice matched what we'd authorised.

The tables outside our café look much better on clean paving. We'd been concentrating on everything at eye level and rather ignoring what was underneath.
